Munttoren - Free Audio Guide

The Munttoren, or De Munt, is a historic tower in Amsterdam. It was originally part of the Regulierspoort, constructed between 1480 and 1487, and has functioned as a mint since the 17th century. Standing at 35 meters tall, the tower features a remarkable carillon with 38 bells, played manually every Saturday at 2 PM.
