The Liepāja Lighthouse, known as Liepājas bāka, is a historic landmark situated on the southern shore of the Liepāja port in Latvia. Constructed in 1868 from cast iron plates, it has a striking conical shape adorned with red and white stripes, rising to 32.4 metres. The lighthouse was designated as a Technical Cultural Monument in 2010 and is accessible via a staircase of 149 steps leading to the observation gallery, where visitors can enjoy stunning views of the port. Entry fees may vary, but the site remains open to tourists. It is a significant cultural symbol of maritime navigation and local heritage, making it a key attraction in Liepāja.
