Tallinn Town Hall, or Raekoda, is a historic Gothic structure situated in Tallinn's Old Town, Estonia. Finished in 1404, it is the oldest town hall in the Baltic region and Scandinavia. The building features a notable tower adorned with the iconic weather vane, Old Thomas. Visitors can explore the interior, which houses the impressive Citizens' Hall and the Town Hall Parlour. This site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is open to the public for guided tours, generally from 10 AM to 6 PM, with varying hours in winter. Admission is typically free, but donations are appreciated. The building is accessible to visitors, though some areas may have limited mobility access due to its historical character.
