Originally built in 431 BC, it was dedicated to Apollo Medico and was renovated by significant figures like Gnaeus Julius and Augustus. The temple showcases Augustan architectural style, featuring an exquisite facade with six marble columns and decorative elements celebrating Augustus’ victories.
