The Jardin botanique de Montréal, established on 9 June 1931 by Brother Marie-Victorin, is one of the most significant botanical gardens globally. Situated in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie area, it covers 75 hectares and boasts 22,000 plant species. The garden is famous for its themed areas, such as the Japanese and Chinese Gardens, along with 10 exhibition greenhouses. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it provides educational initiatives and seasonal events. Open year-round, it is accessible to all visitors.
