The Historische Mühle von Sanssouci, situated to the west of Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam, is a reconstructed gallery windmill erected between 1787 and 1791 during the reign of King Friedrich Wilhelm II. This historical landmark is connected to the legend of the Müller von Sanssouci, highlighting the cultural importance of windmills in Prussian heritage. It houses a museum run by the Mühlenvereinigung Berlin-Brandenburg e.V., displaying milling practices and historical artifacts.
