Södra Bankohuset, also referred to as Gamla riksbanken, is a historic building located in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, built between 1675 and 1737 for the Riksbank. It is one of northern Europe's earliest bank buildings and possibly the first office building in Sweden. The architecture showcases 17th-century Roman palace styles, making it a significant cultural landmark. Visitors can admire its stunning façades and nearby attractions such as Järntorget and the Suckarnas bridge.
