Oslo Cathedral, or Oslo domkirke, serves as the principal church for the Church of Norway Diocese of Oslo. Erected between 1694 and 1697, it is a key historical and cultural landmark in Norway. The cathedral hosted the wedding of Prince Haakon and Princess Mette-Marit in 2001. Visitors can explore its remarkable architecture, including stained glass by Emanuel Vigeland and a significant organ installed in 1997. Following renovations, it reopened in 2010 and is conveniently located in central Oslo, making it easily accessible for tourists.
