Parco Ducale, situated in Parma, Italy, was founded in 1561 at the behest of the Farnese family, with design work by architect Jacopo Barozzi, also known as il Vignola. Originally a formal garden, it evolved into an English-style park during Maria Luigia's era. Following Italy's unification, the park became accessible to the public. It boasts a charming artificial lake, beautifully designed gardens, and sculptures by JB Boudard. Visitors can enjoy amenities such as a children's playground, sports pathways, a dog area, and a café with outdoor seating.
