The Panthéon in Paris is an impressive neo-classical mausoleum, initially designed as a church in honour of Saint Genevieve. Its construction began in 1758 and was completed in 1790. It serves as a burial site for prominent French figures, including Voltaire, Victor Hugo, and Marie Curie. The striking dome reaches 83 meters, providing stunning views over the city. Visitors can admire the grand interior adorned with beautiful frescoes and sculptures. The Panthéon is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with longer hours in summer.
