Fethi Paşa Korusu is a historic waterfront grove on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus in Istanbul, located between the Kuzguncuk and Çengelköy neighbourhoods in the Üsküdar district. Named after Fethi Ahmet Pasha, a 19th‑century Ottoman statesman, the area occupies former estate land and retains elements of the Bosphorus shoreline’s residential and leisure tradition, including wooden yalıs and period mansions. Its cultural importance stems from the combination of maritime views, mature trees and historic architecture that trace developments from the Ottoman era to the republic. Notable features include shaded woodland paths, panoramic viewpoints over the strait and surviving historic waterfront houses. The grove is generally open to the public during daylight and is usually free of charge; accessibility varies locally, with some paved routes and other sections featuring slopes or steps that can restrict mobility access.
