The Albrecht-Dürer-Haus, situated in Nuremberg's historic old town, is a well-preserved medieval house built around 1420. It was the residence and studio of the famous artist Albrecht Dürer from 1509 until his death in 1528. Today, it operates as a museum that presents Dürer's life and works, featuring exhibitions of prints, drawings, and reconstructions of his living and working spaces. Visitors can explore the kitchen, workshop, and beautifully recreated historical rooms. The museum is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, with an admission fee of 6 Euros for adults and discounted rates for students and seniors. The museum offers a cultural experience, but is not fully accessible, as the upper floors can only be reached by stairs.
