St. Florian's Gate, a medieval city gate in Kraków, is an impressive remnant of the city's fortifications from the 13th and 14th centuries. It boasts a beautiful baroque crown added in 1660 and features two important reliefs: one of the Polish Eagle and another of St. Florian. The gate marks the start of the Royal Route to Wawel Castle. Visitors can appreciate its historical importance as part of the city’s defensive structure, including the nearby Barbican. Open throughout the year, the gate is accessible to everyone and free to enter.
