The White Tower of Thessaloniki is a historic monument and museum that represents the city. Built by the Ottomans in the 15th century, it has a complex history as a fortress and prison, infamously called the "Tower of Blood" for its role in executions. Currently, it features a museum showcasing Thessaloniki's history, with six floors to explore and stunning views from the turret. Situated on the waterfront, it is a key attraction. Open daily, it requires an admission fee for access to its exhibitions.
