Hala Targowa is an impressive historical market hall located in Wrocław, built between 1906 and 1908, showcasing pioneering engineering with its reinforced concrete structure. Designed by architects Richard Plüddemann and Heinrich Küster, it features a unique basilica layout with elaborate parabolic arches. The hall, which was initially constructed to organize trade in the city center, serves as a significant cultural landmark. It underwent a thorough renovation between 1980 and 1983 and remains one of the largest market facilities in the city. Visitors can appreciate both its architectural beauty and the dynamic market environment it hosts.
