The villa later passed to the Gianfigliazzi family in 1605 and then to the Panciatichi family, who constructed the villa in its current form in the 17th century, incorporating a Mannerist façade and decorative obelisks. The property transitioned to Pasquale Carobbi in the early 20th century and is currently owned by the Military Engineering Corps. Although it underwent restoration after the war, the original tower was not rebuilt.
