Roppongi Hills (六本木ヒルズ) is a major mixed‑use complex in the Roppongi district of Tokyo, developed by Mori Building and anchored by the Mori Tower. Opened in the early 2000s, it transformed a former commercial quarter into a vertical city combining office space, residences, retail, dining, cultural institutions and public plazas. Historically significant as a catalyst for urban renewal, the site is culturally important for its concentration of contemporary art and design, notably the Mori Art Museum, as well as media presence such as TV production facilities. Key attractions include the Mori Tower observation venues, museum galleries, landscaped gardens and a variety of shops and restaurants that reflect both international and Japanese tastes. Individual attractions have their own visiting hours and admission policies, and the complex provides general accessibility features and barrier‑free circulation for visitors.
