The Doridis Telescope, located at the National Observatory of Athens, is an important historical astronomical instrument that celebrates its centennial in 2002. This refracting telescope features a 40-centimeter lens and a focal length of 5 meters, making it one of the most notable instruments in Greece. The telescope is named after the benefactor who funded its construction.
