The Museu Can Framis, located in Barcelona's 22@ technological district, is dedicated to the diffusion of contemporary Catalan painting and is managed by the Vila Casas Foundation. Inaugurated on April 27, 2009, the museum features over 250 works by Catalan artists dating from the 1960s to the present. Housed in a renovated wool factory, the museum offers a unique architectural experience, with three exhibition floors and a garden space that includes sculptures by Jaume Plensa. Visitors can enjoy both a permanent collection and temporary exhibitions in the 1,500 square meter Espai Aø. The museum is accessible, with facilities for visitors with special needs. Admission fees are reasonable, and guided tours are available. Opening hours are generally from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM.
