The Oude Kerk, also known as the Old Church or Leaning John, is the oldest church in Delft, dating back to the 13th century. It features a famously leaning tower, which stands 75 meters tall and is 1.96 meters out of plumb. The church is an active Protestant place of worship, holding services on Sundays and Christian holidays. Visitors can admire its stunning stained glass windows, historic organs, and the graves of notable figures, including the painter Johannes Vermeer and scientist Antoni van Leeuwenhoek. The church is accessible to tourists, with guided tours available. Admission fees may apply, and the church is located at Heilige Geestkerkhof 25, between the Oude Delft and Voorstraat canals.
