The Puerta de Córdoba is an ancient gate of the city wall in Seville, Spain, located on the Ronda Histórica. This almohade-style gate, dating back to the 13th century, is significant for being one of the few gates that survived the demolitions of the 19th century. Its historical importance is highlighted by its unchanged structure during the 16th-century renovations. In 1569, modifications included the addition of a chapel, and by 1600, it became part of the facade of the Church of San Hermenegildo. Visitors can appreciate its unique architectural features and take in the surrounding historic area. The site is free to visit and is accessible year-round.
