Modiano Market, or Stoa Modiano, is an enclosed market located in Thessaloniki, Greece. Built between 1922 and 1925 after the great fire, it occupies the site of the old Talmud Tora synagogue. Named after architect Eli Modiano, the market is a hub of social activity, featuring fish markets, butcher shops, tavernas, and bars. It serves as a historical landmark at the heart of the city’s market district. The building underwent restoration and reopened on December 5, 2022.
