Since 1919, it has been under the care of the Salesian Order, which has added various frescoes and sculptures. Visitors can admire the elegant double staircase leading to the entrance, adorned with a balustrade. Inside, the polychrome marble altar and the dome highlight the church's artistic beauty. The church was closed for restoration in 2015 due to structural issues but has since reopened.
