Bebek Parkı (Bebek Park) is a historic waterfront park in the Bebek neighborhood of Istanbul’s Beşiktaş district, facing the Bosphorus. It emerged from Ottoman‑era shoreline development and the late 19th–early 20th century urbanization, gaining cultural significance as a preferred social and leisure quarter for Ottoman elites and later for Istanbul’s cosmopolitan society. The park and adjacent promenade are noted for mature trees, open lawns, views of Bosphorus maritime traffic, nearby yalı (waterside mansions), a small mosque and a marina, and a concentration of historic and modern cafés and restaurants. As a public green space it is generally accessible year‑round during daylight hours and typically has no formal admission fee; accessibility is supported by paved paths and nearby public transport and road links, though terrain and facilities may vary locally.
